EC Careers Ltd, based in the UK, is an international careers education, information, and guidance company. Working specifically with schools and colleges throughout the UK and the world in supporting students in making university and career decisions.
Our team of EC Careers Consultants are experienced, Level 6 qualified, DBS cleared and insured. Staff are selected based on expertise, experience and proven results working with students. We work as an extension of your school's careers team — qualified, reliable, and fully aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Our approach
Good careers guidance is not about telling students what to do — it is about helping them discover who they are and what is possible for them.
Impartial, always
We have no commercial relationships with universities, colleges, employers or training providers. Every recommendation we make is based solely on what is right for the individual student.
Qualified professionals
All our advisers hold Level 6 or 7 qualifications in careers guidance, are enhanced DBS cleared, and are bound by the CDI's professional code of ethics.

Evidence and accountability
We map our work to the Gatsby Benchmarks and provide clear reporting so your Careers Leader always has documented evidence of impact for Ofsted and governors.

Every element of our service is designed to contribute to your school's Gatsby Benchmark evidence. We provide termly programme reports if requested and are happy to contribute directly to your Compass+ self-evaluation.
